Establishments in North Carolina wishing to sell mixed beverages must obtain a permit from the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.
Retail Permit Information:
Upon obtaining a Mixed Beverage Permit, establishments located in Avery County, Town of Beech Mountain and the Town of Seven Devils must buy liquor from the High Country ABC Store. We will promptly fill your order when it is placed with us.
Payments accepted are Cash, Checks , Credit Cards, and FinTech. You must be 21 years old to pick up an order and transport.
